When you purchase one of our Elite-Server Software Install or Ultimate-Hardware packages, we'll evaluate your current smart home setup. During that same meeting, we'll discuss your needs and wants, and make suggestions to install the Server Software that will control your Smart Home.

If you need additional hardware like cameras, sensors, or other smart home devices, we can either help you purchase them or you can buy them yourself. If we purchase them for you, we'll invoice you for the cost of the MSRP, which must be paid in full before we install the new hardware.

Once we're ready to install, we'll set up the server to have access to your network and install the necessary app on your phone. The app will need access to a variety of sensors on your phone, but don't worry - all the data we collect is strictly stored on the local server we installed.

After installation, we'll let the server collect data for a week to ensure accuracy. During that first week, we won't tinker with the server so that it can settle with updates and other processes. In the second week, we'll use the data we've collected to create your personalized automations, fixing any bugs or code that's preventing them from working correctly.

And don't worry - your initial purchase comes with a total of 36 tickets, which is enough for 7 new automations. During the first 2 weeks, you'll also get free on-location support. We're here to help you take your smart home to the next level!

When you sign up for a subscription, you'll get a set number of tickets that you can use each month. Each service has a different ticket value, which means that some services will use up more tickets than others.

How do I know how many tickets I have left?

You can always check how many tickets you have left by sending us a message. We'll also send you a reminder when you're running low on tickets so you can make the most of your subscription.

Can I buy extra tickets if I run out?

If you run out of tickets before the end of the month, don't worry! You can always buy additional tickets at a discounted rate so you can keep using our services.
